The staff helped me a lot with directions around the area. They provided useful maps and transport advice. My room was clean and had nice decor. I enjoyed the coffee on the terrace a lot. The tram stop is a short walk away and it is very convenient.

i found the air conditioning to be temperature-locked. the room was quite warm and uncomfortable. the night manager seemed unconcerned about it.
